I joined BJP on 10 February 2024. Sambit Patra, Election in charge Vijay Pal Singh Tomar , State BJP president Manmohan Samal etc. were present. Mohan Majhi , present CM and Surama Padhi present Speaker were also there.
I was among eight persons of the party to receive PM during his visit to BJP party office after 46 years. BJP Orissa president is on the extreme left, introducing me. As members of Manifesto Committee I had drafted the SHUBHADRA scheme that became one of the 2 flagship announcements during campaign. There is a big controversy in Odisha regarding mismanagement of the Ratna Bhandar of Sri Jagannath Puri Temple. Prime Minister Shri Modi had announced during campaign that if BJP comes to power, they would take immediate action to enquire into this issue. State government constituted a high power committee and I am one of the, members of the prestigious committee.
With CM of Odisha. Currently working for the party on many issues including monitoring of implementation of Sankalp Patra by State Government.

- I have also been nominated as a member in the group on behalf of BJP to make a presentation before Finance Commission of India.
- I have also been made a special invitee in the State Level Committee constituted to prepare document to implement New Education Policy of Government of India.
